"Generally speaking, the sale or purchase of a home is the largest single financial transaction a person makes. My high level of professionalism ensures that your interests are represented properly.
I strive to make the sale or purchase of your home and all of the associated activities free of stress, easy to understand, and at times, even fun. My goal is to exceed your expectations and provide you with exceptional service throughout our relationship."
The key to Vickie Mader’s successful 30+ year real estate profession can be attributed to her commitment to First-Class service – the kind of service that creates loyal customers and generates a large volume of repeat business. Her motto is “making clients for life” and that’s just what she strives to do. With over 30 years immersed in all facets of real estate, she still has many of the same clients she began her career with. How many agents can say that?
A Wyoming native, Vickie grew up in a family with six girls, moving to Sheridan in the mid 80’s and raised her family here. Her business and paralegal credentials have proven to be an asset to her clients, and her negotiating and mediation skills are top rate. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an honor earned by only the top 4% of Realtors, and one of the few in Wyoming holding this designation.
Having worked the affluent transactions of the market as well as distressed properties, Vickie has earned designations of a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and a Certified Distressed Property Expert, in addition to the CRS designation. She has been honored as one of Sheridan’s, as well as Wyoming’s, top agents in quality service and sales numerous times throughout her career.
Believing in supporting and being engaged in the local community, Vickie has readily served on the Board of Directors for the Dog & Cat Shelter, Downtown Sheridan Association, Cambria Valve Company, Director and Vice President of the Sheridan County Board of Realtors, and currently The Sheridan Senior Center.
She has two children both grown and with families of their own, and two grandchildren. Her daughter, Heather, is a personal chef living in Portland, OR; her son, Aaron, is a LCDR in the United States Coast Guard serving at the US Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas.
